Refund & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received, it unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return

• We deliver an open package, you can check and try your items once they are delivered. The courier will wait for you while you check your package, you can return it with the courier if you wish and pay the shipping fees.

Exchange

• You can still exchange after receive you can contact us at info.lushnco@gmail.com. (shipping fees will apply). Or contact us on 01001155556 from 10 AM to 4 PM

Refunds

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
